The first consult

Yesterday I had my first consult, I met with the doctor, nutrionist and physcologist. First thing first was the physc. She met with me for like 20 minutes and asked a whole bunch of nosey questions. She told me at the end of our talk that I wouldnt meet with her again unit after I had surgery. Next was a nutrionist, She told me she was proud that I already cut out soda and that I seemed to have been eating healthier then when I first started this journey. Then was the doctor, I was in there for only about 15 minutes I dont know why all of my visits seemed short maybe an hour total, but I was in the office till 1pm and out of the hospital by 130. I cant believe I sat there and talked to so many people for 3 hours. At the end of my day I went back to work, went to dinner with friends and then starting reading all my paperwork that I got, I have to start a 1200 calorie diet. I weighed in at 309.3 My next visit is on 9/1. I vow not to drink or eat anything before that appt. I just want to be as light as I possibly can.
